1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months with at least two blank pages
2. UAE Residence visa valid for at least 3 months
3. 2 photo (passport size) – White Background
4. NOC from your company salary mention and addressing to “Cuba Visa – UAE
5. Trade License copy for Investor or Partner Visa
6. Original Bank Statement for 3 months – with Bank Stamp
7. Optional : International credit card (with an upper limit higher than one thousand USD)
