One application form.
Two recent photos with white background.
Original passport just for verification + copy, valid for 6 months with 2 consecutive empty pages. [One copy of personal data pages of the passport, Previous Schengen/ UK / US visa – visa stamp and/or immigration stamp]
Copy of UAE Residence visa valid for 6 months.
NOC Letter from Dubai Company stating position, salary, date of travel and purpose of visit with stamp and sign. [also mention that who will take care of expenses]
Invitation Letter from inviting company. (Business visa)
Copy of Trade license if the owner/partner is travelling.
Bank statement for the last 3 or 6 months with stamp.
Copy of confirmed ticket and hotel reservation.
Copy of travel insurance. [Not mandatory]
Copy of appointment letter [for biometric]

Note::

The applicant personally has to submit the application at VFS Global Service, Wafi Mall as there is the biometric involved.
Processing time takes approximately 3-4 working weeks on average.
Note: The decision to issue single/ multiple entries remains at the discretion of the Embassy officials.
For family, marriage certificate and birth certificate, tenancy contract & vaccination card are mandatory
